Senior Software Engineer

Epsilon | April 2024* | Bengaluru, Karnataka

Audited various AWS services like S3, Cloudwatch, Step Functions, DynamoDB, ElastiCache and Lambda to save over USD 1500/month by finding alternative and efficient approaches and solutions to use these services.
Led and Designed an event priority system for marketing campaigns to handle various customer abandonment events.

Software Engineer 2

Epsilon | April 2022 - March 2024 | Bengaluru, Karnataka

Led and designed the architecture of an AWS Disaster Recovery system with an efficient failover and failback mechanism, ensuring minimal downtime of 10-20 minutes using the Pilot-Light approach, Hence optimizing the cost.
Designed a Machine Learning algorithm(KNN) to recommend the most favourable product based on customer history.
Led and designed the Retail Media Network infrastructure to deliver highly personalized multi-channel content to customers based on the latest behavioural and historical data, ensuring a seamless experience within a 300 ms SLA.
Played a key role in developing customer journey orchestration campaigns for abandonment behaviours such as abandoned cart, product, category, search etc., utilizing Camunda in a cross-team collaboration project.

Played a key role in migrating 85% of the application UI to Epsilon’s internal Core UI framework as a part of the initiative.
Improved coding efficiency by 60% through the creation of efficient, reusable Angular components.
Designed and led the marketing campaign scheduling feature, enabling clients to set multiple schedules for various campaign launches such as seasonal, abandonment etc., based on their specific requirements and business needs.

Developed a system to generate personalized marketing email templates for customers based on their profiles, including demographics, occasions, locations, hobbies, purchase histories, social statuses, and site activities.
User provides a template skeleton and the occasion, such as an abandonment or a seasonal. GenTemplate AI generates a relevant and engaging email template tailored to the given occasion and customer profile.

AI Coding Assistant

Open AI, Python, Angular, Microsoft Azure

Created a coding assistant utilizing the ChatGPT-3.5 Turbo model within Microsoft Azure’s OpenAI environment.
Developed an IDE extension that reads files to suggest improvements, detect code bugs, and identify code smells.
Integrated the assistant with GitHub accounts to analyze open pull requests and provide recommendations.

LangChain Custom ChatBot

Developed a Conversational AI Assistant capable of learning from custom data sets fed by offline documents, Excel files, PDFs, or cloud services like Google Drive.
Enabled the assistant to answer questions based on the ingested data including voice-assisted answers.
Utilized the Hugging Face and LangChain frameworks for model development.

My Alexa - Smart Assistant

Developed a personal assistant using a voice recognition module and Arduino.
Enabled the assistant to perform functions such as switching lights & fans on or off, and changing room light settings.

Epsilon EPIC Hack 2022 Winner

The EPIC Hack 2022, is a hackathon competition held by Epsilon India focussed on being driven by Passion – one of Epsilon's core values – the event saw close to 200 Epsilon employees and colleagues get together in our office to develop disruptive ideas aligned to Epsilon's ad-tech product space and technology roadmaps.
